Volunteer For Marwar (1) (1)

Volunteer for
Marwar

Following the footprints of my idol, Swami Vivekanada Ji, I aim to introduce opportunities for the youth to rise as leaders and take charge. I believe that the youth has an ample amount of potential and they can successfully transform the state of the nation for the good. To begin with, I have introduced “Volunteer for Marwar”, an initiative to a group of passionate, driven young minds who want to write their names in the success story of Marwar with their contribution. This initiative has only become possible because of the dedicated effort of our honorable Chief Minister and honorable Prime Minister.

This initiative pans the needs of the populace of Marwar and gains support from a variety of people across the world. Our growing community has created several milestones in multiple industries in and outside of India. We are trying to expand our horizons by successfully utilizing the resources that we have, in order to develop and grow. We, as a thriving community, are dedicated to constantly present innovation and fresh ideas to our government and administration in order to draw their notice. Currently, we are a web-based platform, collecting and utilizing ideas and contributions to best curate the future of our region. We appreciate any form of contribution in the development of the infrastructure of our pride in the Southwestern Rajasthan, Marwar. We are focused on developing rainwater harvesting units, construction of check dams, and encouraging water conservation by running various campaigns.

As per our findings, Jodhpur has 8.3% of children from the age of 6-14 who are out of their schools and it is an alarming situation that is urging us to work towards the development of the district. Poor healthcare services also contribute to the worsening state of the district. We are looking for volunteers who could help enhance the condition of our region by sharing their valuable inputs and efforts. We believe that if proficient healthcare professionals train locals and organize healthcare camps to enhance awareness, we could develop the condition in Marwar. Training locals with the basics of healthcare could substantially improve the condition of healthcare in our region.

I also believe that established entrepreneurs, industrialists, and businessmen should take it upon themselves as an initiative to educate young minds through skill development camps. They can set the youth on the right path by introducing them to the basics of global markets and supply chains to equip them for their careers. Jodhpur is home to various traditions and history. The magnificent architecture of the forts and deserts make it an exquisite location for travelers and visitors. We encourage volunteers to amplify the beauty of the district to the world and use social media platforms to create content to do so. In the wake of social media, we have so much to offer to our potential tourists and the youth could play an instrumental role in that.

Volunteers could also contribute by encouraging female education as the literacy percentage of women in Jodhpur falls as low as just 41%. There is a lot of scope in that regard and we can run female literacy drives to boost the educational development in the district. We can also enhance the participation of the rural youth in sports by bettering the sports infrastructure.

Our nation’s biggest concern is the youth indulging in drugs due to several reasons and in order to stop this from hampering our nation’s growth, we can organize de-addiction camps and spreading awareness on drug addiction. Jodhpur is blessed with an enormous amount of solar energy that is still to be utilized effectively for generating electricity. We promote our youth to participate in our honorable CM’s agenda of creating 25,000 MW of solar power.

These are some of the concerns that “Volunteer for Marwar” aims at working and thus, developing the nation. This is a call to all the passionate, young individuals who are motivated to serve Marwar and making it a stronger unit in Rajasthan. Join us today!
